My Hero Academia Chapter 344 title -“ Main Character” 

The chapter starts with a flashback of All Might in the students' dormitory, saying that searching for AFO is useless. To catch a coward like him you have to lure him out, and their plan connects to Aizawa's in that aspect.
Tsukauchi says that, assuming the villains still have Search, AFO would be able to confirm Deku's position from a distance. That's why Eraser's suggestion was to use Aoyama to take him to an isolated place. Everyone is happy to hear that he will be part of the plan, but Momo remembers what his parents said about him knowing when they are lying.

The students are very happy and wondering about his hero name and which class he will enter, asking it to be A. Nezu interrupts and says that although Shinso doesn't have a provisional license, Mera from the public safety commission has given him permission to use his quirk in this situation. 
Tokoyami wonders how they will be able to mobilize the heroes if AFO still has Search, because it would be too easy for him to spot the trap. All Might says they don't have to be in the same place and cuts to the central hospital, where we see Aizawa, Vlad, Monoma and Kurogiri. Aizawa says it was All Might's request and Vlad asks if Monoma is ready to play such an important role.

He teases Aizawa by saying that it seems like a joke to ask him to master such a quirk in just a few days. Eraser apologizes and says that Kurogiri no longer responds to his voice and must not know who he really is. Now that Aizawa has lost one of his eyes he can barely use Erasure properly, so he probably won't be able to do much in the next war. Monoma comforts him by saying that according to everyone who was in Jaku, all the heroes would have been wiped out if Eraser Head hadn't been there.
Monoma then goes on to say that he is used to hear that he could never become a real hero with this quirk, that it is a supporting character's power. Vlad then puts his arm on his shoulder and says that in this strategy there are no supporting characters, Monoma will shine as one of the protagonists.

Cut back to the present with the heroes coming out of the portals while Monoma laughs and boasts about his achievement. We see All Might in a command room with several screens saying that they were already expecting AFO to bring an army because if he steals One for All now he won't have to run and hide anymore, so he's going all out. 
Dabi advances towards Endeavor saying that he didn't expect to find him here and asks if he would like to watch his fellow heroes die first. He shoots out a huge amount of fire, but at the same time a giant iceberg of ice is expelled from the portals. Shoto comes out of them right away and says that he will not let his idiot brother act as he pleases. Dabi notices his presence and starts laughing.

All Might then shouts "System Troy, On!!!" and we see huge metal constructs coming out of the ground, trapping the villains inside them. AFO wonders why the heroes did that knowing that they can destroy these things in seconds, but soon understands what the real intent is. Tsukauchi tells All Might that this time they'll be able to win with the plan he's created. The metal cages begin to move and Monoma opens the portals once again, while All for One confirms that the plan is to separate the villains. End of chapter.

All Might dit qu'ils ne doivent pas être au même endroit et passe à l'hôpital central, où l'on voit Aizawa, Vlad, Monoma et Kurogiri. Aizawa dit que c'était la demande de All Might et Vlad demande si Monoma est prêt à jouer un rôle aussi important.

Il taquine Aizawa en disant que cela ressemble à une blague de lui demander de maîtriser une telle bizarrerie en quelques jours seulement. Eraser s'excuse et dit que Kurogiri ne répond plus à sa voix et ne doit pas savoir qui il est vraiment. Maintenant qu'Aizawa a perdu un de ses yeux, il peut à peine utiliser Erasure correctement, il ne pourra donc probablement pas faire grand-chose lors de la prochaine guerre. Monoma le réconforte en disant que selon tous ceux qui étaient à Jaku, tous les héros auraient été anéantis si Eraser Head n'avait pas été là.
Monoma poursuit en disant qu'il a l'habitude d'entendre qu'il ne pourrait jamais devenir un vrai héros avec cette bizarrerie, que c'est le pouvoir d'un personnage secondaire. Vlad met alors son bras sur son épaule et dit que dans cette stratégie il n'y a pas de personnages de soutien, Monoma brillera comme l'un des protagonistes.

Revenons au présent avec les héros sortant des portails tandis que Monoma rit et se vante de son exploit. Nous voyons All Might dans une salle de commandement avec plusieurs écrans disant qu'ils s'attendaient déjà à ce que l'AFO amène une armée parce que s'il vole One for All maintenant, il n'aura plus à courir et à se cacher, alors il va tout faire.
Crématorium s'avance vers Endeavour en disant qu'il ne s'attendait pas à le trouver ici et demande s'il aimerait voir ses compagnons héros mourir en premier. Il tire une énorme quantité de feu, mais en même temps, un iceberg géant de glace est expulsé des portails. Shoto sort d'eux tout de suite et dit qu'il ne laissera pas son idiot de frère agir à sa guise. Dabi remarque sa présence et se met à rire

All Might crie alors "System Troy, On !!!"  et nous voyons d'énormes constructions métalliques sortir du sol, emprisonnant les méchants à l'intérieur. AFO se demande pourquoi les héros ont fait cela sachant qu'ils peuvent détruire ces choses en quelques secondes, mais comprend bientôt quelle est la véritable intention. Tsukauchi dit à All Might que cette fois, ils pourront gagner avec le plan qu'il a créé. Les cages métalliques commencent à bouger et Monoma ouvre à nouveau les portails, tandis que All for One confirme que le plan est de séparer les méchants.

Tout de suite le plan d'Aizawa parait effectivement bien plus logique et astucieux.

 

A voir si, comme je l'imagine, la séparation des vilain va en fait aboutir à des 1 vs 1 et/ou des combats d'équipes.

Le plan se déroule parfaitement jusqu'à présent. Je me demande comment va s'y prendre Afo vu que c'est lui le cerveau. Aura-t-il un coup d'avance ou pas? Pour Aizawa, je suis un peu triste pour lui. J'aurais souhaité que Eri agisse mais ça sera une facilité scénaristique. Chapeau à monoma. J'aimerais voir Shinso en action.

En vrai il nous manquait bel et bien un chapitre comme je l'avais pensé pour assimiler et apprécier de manière optimale tous les éléments qu'on a eu à disposition, mais tout est réparé vu qu'on nous explique de fond en comble le pourquoi du comment. Sinon pas bête de les disperser pour mieux les affronter. Sur ce coup, ils se sont fait complètement avoir de A à Z, s'en est presque navrant pour quelqu'un comme AFO et sa bande.
